Return & Exchange Policy

  1. No Exchange Policy

    • We do not offer any exchanges on purchased items.

  2. Return Eligibility

    • Returns are accepted only if the item is unused or minimally used (a few ml).
    • The item must not be damaged or tampered with.

  3. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please courier the product back to our office via Leopards or TCS located at Zamzama Commercial, DHA Phase 5, Karachi (complete address will be provided via message).
    • You are responsible for the courier charges for returning the product.

  4. Refund Process

    • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed.
    • Refunds will be initiated and completed within 5 working days of receiving the returned package.
